A 37,439-square-meter project using a holistic design approach for hospitality and leisure. It is shaped to blend perfectly with an artificial lake. With several eateries offering transparent views from both sides, the coastline has transformed into a pedestrian promenade.

The project's entire development integrates a modern village with a boutique hotel that looks out over the lake and sea on one side and a theater that can accommodate 3200 people indoors and outdoors on the other.

Floating platforms and enormous water jets that animate the entire project allow F&B activities by the lake to interact and take in any local or international event that is taking place.
